据英国《每日邮报》4月19日报道,乌克兰首富雷纳托・阿克梅托夫日前花1.36亿英镑(约合14亿人民币),买下了位于伦敦海德公园的一处豪华公寓,并打算花费6000万英镑(约合6.4亿元人民币)进行装修。
阿克梅托夫现年44岁,依靠投资乌克兰煤炭和钢铁赚得高达100亿英镑(约合1067亿元人民币)的巨额财富。日前,他花费1.36亿英镑同时买下伦敦骑士桥大街海德公园一栋超豪华公寓楼中的两套住宅并将其打通,使之成为一个3层大豪宅,并打算花费6000万英镑进行装修。
据悉,这座豪宅所在的公寓楼是由英国罗杰斯爵士设计,由地产大亨尼克和克里斯蒂安・凯迪兄弟开发,堪称世界上最昂贵的公寓楼。楼中的每套住房,即使最便宜的单卧室公寓也要675万英镑(7200万元人民币),大多数都是2700万到3300万英镑之间(约合2.88亿到3.52亿元人民币)。其物业费也创造了记录,每平方米每年物业费150英镑(约合1600元人民币),因此面积最大的住房每年物业费就需要支付10万英镑(约合107万元人民币)左右。
该公寓楼内有一个私人电影院、21米长的游泳池、多个桑拿房、健身房、模拟高尔夫球场、一个酒窖,内部装饰用了15种不同种类的珍贵大理石。此外,这栋公寓的安保系统也十分到位,电梯中安装有虹膜识别系统,玻璃全部是防弹的。开发商和所有购房者都签署了保密协定,未经购房者许可,其身份绝对不会被透露。
