多伦多逾22万户仍停电 全面恢复或将至圣诞后

　　受到冰暴肆虐影响，多伦多市府今早表示，市内仍有逾22万户缺电。市长福特表示，有需要的市民可以到市内开放的社区中心取暖。 电力局行政总裁Anthony Haines表示，尽管工作人员全面抢修，但最坏情况下有可能有市民在圣诞过后仍然要面对缺电的困况。

　　多伦多公车局主席拜福德表示，街车线今晨已恢复行驶，士嘉堡RT已修复，不久便可以重开，而通往市中的央街-士巴丹拿地铁线、布鲁亚线是全线通车，唯独是雪柏线和北约克中心因为缺电，不作开放。
