如何用英语打电话通知对方好消息

1. The line is always busy.电话占线叫The line is busy.或是The line is engaged.打不通电话叫I can't get through.

2. whereabouts表示哪里，什么地方。和where的用法差不多。不过它还可以作为名词使用，表示“下落，所在地”
